What kind of video cards would be compatible with the Compaq Presario SR1215CL Desktop?|||For you PC I recommend the ATI Radeon X1950XT/PRO AGP or Nvidia Geforce 7800GS/GT AGP.
If you want DirectX 10 go for Geforce 8600GT/ATI Radeon HD3650 AGP. But the performance isn't great compare to the card X1950 and 7800 series. Also you CPU will bottleneck your overall system performance.
Make sure the video card you buying is AGP (Accelerated Graphic Port) Not PCI or PCI-Express.
