Motherboard and video card compatibility?

I just want to ask if the Radeon HD 5570 is compatible with my motherboard.



Motherboard: asustek P5L-MX dual core 3.4GHz

2GB RAM

PSU: 250 (yup I know that I have to buy a new one at least 400 watts)
