I've never done a video card upgrade before, so I'm looking for some help with this. I have a Dell and a BTX motherboard. Will this affect the video card compatibility? Specifically with a 9800GT? Thanks.|||as long as the mobo has pci-e it will fit the slot. Doesnt matter whether its 16x or 2.0 (2.0 is slightly better performance)
The only other factor to consider is that you have at least 450 w power supply and a free 12v rail (card requires power source other than slot power)
