Motherboard and video card compatibility issue?

I have an Asus M2N motherboard and a Ati Sapphire GTO^2 but since this card doesn't have shader 3 or DirectX 10 I want to change it. My choice would be GV-N95TOC-512H ( http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/VGA/… ) but this one has PCI express 2.0. I think my motherboard has only PCI express . Are they compatible?|||yes
