Buying new video card... compatibility?

I am about to buy a new video card. Will an ASUS ENGTX460/2DI/768MD5 GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card work well with ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard ? I know that they are both pci-e 2.0 x16, but I just want to make sure.|||no prob bob, just make sure you power supply is good enough|||it will be ok
