Processor and Video card compatibility?

I am upgrading my pc but i dont know if my mobo is compatible with the latest processor and vid card..

So can anybody suggest whats ok for my mobo? Gigabyte ga-ep35-ds3l/s3l

Main use for comp is for light gaming,cad,3dmax.
