Video Card Compatibility. Help?

I've been meaning to upgrage my GeForce 9400 GT Graphics Card to a much better one.

I have two options: GeForce GT 440, or GeForce GTS 450 (Over Clocked)

Now my question is: "Are either one of them compatible with my Processor, which is an 'AMD Athlon™ X2 240 @ 2.81 GHz'?"

For my motherboard... I might have to edit it in, because I don't quite remember (I'll have to check it later on)|||I went here http://www.nvidia.com/object/product_gef… to view the specifications of your original video card.

Then I went here http://www.nvidia.com/object/product-gef… to view the specifications of the GeForce GT 440 video card.

Then I went here http://www.nvidia.com/object/product-gef… to view the specifications of the GeForce GTS 450 video card.

The GTS 450 requires an extra 100 Watts over the GeForce 9400 and the GeForce GT 440. So, you'll need to accommodate that with a decent PSU. Other than that, they're all compatible with your PCI-E 2 video slot. They can all work with Intel or AMD CPUs, although I did not see any minimum CPU GHz requirements for any of these cards.
