Motherboard and video card compatibility question? ?

I think I might have messed up, but I'd like someone to double check me.

I bought this video card:

KFA2 by Galaxy 98PFF6HMUEXI GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…

And this motherboard:

ECS GF8200A (V1.0) AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 8200 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…

The motherboard says it only supports PCI Express x16, and the video card is PCI Express 2.0 x16.

But PCI 2.0 x16 and PCI x16 have two different PCI slot types. And the picture of the PCI x16 slot on the motherboard match identically to the PCI 2.0 x16 video card.. Can anyone tell me if these will be compatible? |||PCIe 2.0 is backward compatible with PCIe v1.x|||They are compatible all the slots are the same. PCI-E x16 slot is a standard, then you have versions,1.0-2.0 which are backwards compatible and will work. The closet slot to the NB is the PCI-E X16 slot which is what the 9800GTX+ uses as it's interface.
