this

http://www.nvidia.com/object/product_geforce_8800_gt_us.html

says it uses "PCI-E 2.0"

this

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00361570&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=502102

says i have PCI1, PCI2, and PCI3.

Will they work together?|||no they will not work together....that board your showing only has pci slots...there white and there is 3 of them....you need a pci-e x16 slot(usually black)but depends on the manufactureer...so you need a board like this to run that 8800gt...blue and orange slots are pci-e x16 slots..

Scott|||NO it wont work since u have mobo with pci slots and not pci-e slot which 88gt use|||No, you need the EXACT PCI slot.|||No. PCI and PCI-E are not the same thing. You don't even have AGP so you have no upgrade for your Vid.
