Mobo and video card compatibility question?

I'm using CPU-Z to scan my PC for my hardware spec, I click on mainboard (this is my mobo right?) and for the Graphic interface it says;



Version:PCI-Express



Does this mean it will support THIS card?

I know it would be better to prolly have PCI-Express 2.0 or whatever but I read using a 2.0 card in a 1.0 system does downgrade the cards quality but not severly, right now I have a 8500 GT so anything is an upgrade.



Thanks!|||This card will work fine. It is not a high end card, so it will not be limited by the fact this is a 1.0 slot.
