Will the GeForce GTX 465 (Specs here, http://www.nvidia.com/object/product-geforce-gtx-465-us.html), work with my current PC?

NOTE: I know Alienware is a waste of money etc etc, I don't care at all about that so please don't inform me of what I already know, thanks.|||If your machine has a PCI-E x16 slot and there's enough physical room for the length of the card, and you have a power supply that can handle the necessary wattage of the card and the rest of your system, yes.
